Rob Gibbons: SOAR Coach

I’m married to the most amazing woman (and team mom) Jennifer and have two boys, Jonah and Levi.

  We’ve been members at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church, in Lexington, since 2000.  I’ve been helping out and coaching SOAR baseball for three years now, and it remains a wonderful experience and a great privilege to be a part of such an interactive ministry.  Each year we get to meet new kids and their families with the opportunity to develop community within the team as well as in the bleachers.  To be called ‘coach’ and watch the kids learn sportsmanship, teamwork, and the fundamentals of baseball over the course of the year is a real honor that I look forward to every year.
